Here's what's planned....

An open concept restaurant and bar, decorated with vibrant yet elegant chandeliers.

As you enter, you will be greeted by our warm and friendly staff, who will direct you to your seat, where you will be introduced to the finest cuisine prepared by our experienced Chefs.

Our elegant ballroom, nicely decorated with crystal chandeliers, upward accent lights and beautiful drapes are located on the second level.

On this level, we also have two office spaces, which are converted as lounging salons during special events.

What better way to enjoy the beautiful outdoors than on the rooftop.

The chandelier theme continues on the  Rooftop Bar and Lounge, bringing a more organic, contemporary design to the space.

Here we imagine numerous wedding ceremonies and other special occassions will be celebrated.

We are extremely excited to introduce our specialty dining concept to the Sanford and neighboring communities.

It has always been our dream to change up family dining.

We feel that it makes sense to always tantalize our customers' palettes, by periodically changing the menu to feature dishes from around the world.

With that concept in mind, we have decided to rotate at least three Chefs during the year, allowing each Chef the creative license to develop a menu unique to his expertise.

This concept will provide our guests with a variety of choices and the opportunity to experience different cuisines.

As we welcome everyone to Chandelier House, we have provided easy access to each floor, either by stairs or elevator.

There are clean and comfortable bathrooms on each floor, including the rooftop.

For everyone's safety, each upper floor has access to the fire escape stairwell, also front and back door exits are accessible on the street level.

Each floor can comfortably accommodate a capacity of 50 people.
