About Us

The idea of creating an elegant event space in Historic Goldsboro, was the brainchild of our principal investor, 

Mr. Max A. Smith. He's a philanthropist, and together with a few of his friends, are very familiar with the City of Sanford, as they have all volunteered on numerous occasions in support of the people of Historic Goldsboro.

He pitched his idea to his friends about creating an elegant multi use space, specifically in Historic Goldsboro, to introduce the community to something new and fresh, also to revitalize the community's spirit.

All members, without hesitation, agreed to accept the challenge of bringing a new and exciting concept of family dining to Historic Goldsboro and the neighboring communities. 

This idea was discussed, and plans began in 2021.

We are all very excited to join the Sanford family, by bringing a classy, family oriented gathering space, which will undoubtedly be used to generate lasting and unforgettable memories.

• Chandelier House, a newly constructed building, provides multi usage space for events and office space. 
• It's location at 1107 Historic Goldsboro Blvd, in Sanford, Florida, has a rich American history that dates back to 1891. 
•  Chandelier House is uniquely located to meet the needs of the Historic Goldsboro and neighboring communities. This location is also conveniently positioned to accommodate the needs of Sanford’s civil district. 
• With its unique décor design, patrons can create lasting memories and enjoy the open contemporary space for entertainment and conferencing. 
• Chandelier House will also feature a full commercial kitchen, which will be available to address the needs of the community’s culinary entrepreneurs. 
• Proprietor will also host special events such as art/fashion shows, specialty dinners, wine tastings, children’s plays, and coffee mornings.
•  Catering services will be available upon request and our patrons can enjoy free Wi-Fi access in a comfortable open environment.

 It's convenient location next to the Goldsboro trail will provide the opportunity to serve trail goers, whether walkers, runners or bikers.
